WTC ATTACK AND HAARP
HAARP BEGINS HIGH POWER TRANSMISSIONS FOLLOWING THE WORLD TRADE CENTER ATTACK !!

(BJNews Sep 13, 01) During most of the summer of 2001, and during the whole month of August HAARP transmitted for only short periods totaling several hours at very low power. This month on September 4th HAARP transmitted for several hours at low power. Shortly after the World Trade Center attack, and when the military went on highest DefCon Delta Alert, HAARP began transmitting during the day at maximum power on 6.965 MHz and could be heard by listeners around the world.
The HAARP transmissions continued on and off on both 6.965 and 3.390 MHz at extremely high power both during the day and night. The transmission began on Tuesday, September 11, just several hours after the destruction of the World Trade Center and continued through early September 13.
Since HAARP was designed as both a research instrument and a military weapon operated by the US Navy and Air Force space warfare groups, this would tend to show that HAARP is actually an anti-missile space weapon which operates whenever the US is on highest military alert.
