IS THE NAVY ON HIGH ALERT ?

I have been monitoring HAARP continuously for the last year. They are easily heard on 3.39 MHz using any shortwave receiver. The signal has the usual property at that frequency of only being heard at night. HAARP may continue to broadcast all day but cannot be heard during the daytime more than several hundred miles away from Alaska. They were transmitting last summer with a regular daily university research schedule. Beginning in September, when school started, they went to a once a week program usually on Wednesday or Thursday for just a short period of the day. This has continued for the last 3 months until Dec 5th.

Several days ago HAARP began low-power continuous broadcasting of the irregular pulsing. On December 6th they went to full power with the "enigmatic" long-short transmission pattern typical of Ultra Low Frequency (ULF) nuclear sub communication. They have been on-air talking to subs since then. (Would any normal-minded university researcher be sitting in the middle of Alaska during mid-December to play with his radios doing research at HAARP? I think Santa is the only one who can get into Gakona this time of year. So much, for HAARP being only a research facility.)

My assumption is the Navy is now on high alert, even though no public notice has been given. The Pentagon released a story yesterday about "Russian" jets buzzing the US carrier Kittyhawk in the Taiwan Straits area. Later they even modified that story to explain the planes repeatedly buzzed the carrier about 200 feet off the deck and took photos. It took 40 minutes for the Navy to respond and get a plane off the carrier. By then the "enemy" had long disappeared. Shortly after, somebody used the internet to email the air reconnaisance pix to the carrier. Somebody was "thumbing their nose" at the Navy.

The Pentagon said the pix did not come from the "Russian Defense Ministry" but they didn't say from where they did come. Considering last year the Russians sold a large number of advanced MiG fighters to China, I assume those planes were not Russian but Chinese. Why would Russians be flying in the Straits of Taiwan where the Kittyhawk is stationed? The Pentagon spoke the truth, they were "Russian" jets -- Russian-made jets -- but there is nothing to show they were being flown by Russians.
